STUDENT OFFER LETTER

Kindly note that student offer letters can be downloaded from the respective applicants portal, they can also be collected from the respective Divisions upon verification of original certificates. 

Please kindly note that On-Campus accommodation is very limited and application can be done by submitting a completed application form (DOWNLOAD HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION APPLICATION FORM). First preference will be given to new students.

1. This fee structure is per semester

All National Certificate Engineering and Chemical Engineering students MUST pay AutoCAD fees of US$45 .00 in addition to the above stated fees.

 Institutional regalia (Tracksuit and T-Shirt) are compulsory at a cost of US$35.00 and is to be paid together with fees.

 Additional Notes

Successful applicants must -:

1. collect their offer letters from the Divisions upon verification of original certificates.
2. produce police clearance form within 30 days of acceptance to the Institution

• All training requirements can be obtained from your respective departments.

 

The Institution will open on 04 August 2025.

FEES PAYMENT

Payment can be done through CBZ Touch or CBZ bank banking halls, Zikimall, Paynow and Ecocash. Kindly note that all payments should be done using the options below ONLY.

 

1. CBZ Touch or CBZ banking hall option

A student number is required when using this option. Tuition, Boarding & Catering fess can be paid using this option.

 

1. Payment through the Student Portal option

Go to Masvingo Polytechnic website www.maspoly.ac.zw OR http://maspoly.easylearn.co.zw. Students can log in using student number and password. NB. The default password is maspoly for those who have not logged in before. To make payments click Ecocash Top-up on the left side of the portal dashboard.

 

• Zikimall option

Go to Zikimall website https://zikimall.com/ and then select Tertiary Fees payments. Type Masvingo Polytechnic and enter student registration number and before proceeding select Validate Registration. If validation is successful proceed to payment and if it fails don’t proceed to pay. This option is for those with Zimswitch, Mastercard, Visa card and Ecocash.

 

1. PayNow option

Payments can be done by visiting www.topup.co.zw or use *828# short code. Students / Guardians can use one of the following ways to make payments.

• MasterCard/Visa card. For this option, you can use locally issued or internationally issued Visa/MasterCard.
• Ecocash, OneMoney or Telecash those registered on these platforms can make payments.
• Innbucks

NOTE

 

A non-refundable deposit of USD$200.00 should be paid by the 25^th of July 2025 failure to which your place will be forfeited. All fees’ balances should be paid by the 4^th of August 2025.
